Born and raised in Michigan, my wife and I relocated to Seattle Washington area in 2007, and we now reside outside of Spokane, WA. My 40+ years of experience in the Service, Healthcare and Optometry industries provided me with a foundation of critical thinking, problem solving, customer service excellence and workflow optimization. I take a genuine interest and joy in collaborating with businesses to problem solve pain points, help streamline operations and elevate revenue potential. I started Ascend Revenue Mangement with the vision of providing an alternative to the generic big billing companies. I reimagined what a client’s customer service experience should be verses what practices are getting from their billers. Many of these companies treat their clients like numbers, are often inadequate at problem solving, and outsource their staff overseas so they can maximize their profits on cheap labor.
Ascend is 100% U.S. based, owned, and operated. My billers and I are all U.S. based and have years of experience in all aspects of optometric billing, whether is billing for routine or medically based visits, Dry Eye, co-management claims and more. We can manage it.
